Imtac, a solution provider operating primarily in Oman, has qualified as a Microsoft gold certified partner in advanced and networking infrastructure solutions — the highest level of Microsoft certification available in both categories. The award of gold partner status marks out Imtac, which is the technology arm of Renaissance Services SAOG, as one of the leading Microsoft partners in the Sultanate. To make the gold grade, Imtac had to meet a wide range of criteria including technical qualifications, experience and business development plans for their chosen area. “In line with our vision of providing high quality IT services and solutions within the Sultanate of Oman and the region, Imtac is very pleased to have qualified as a Microsoft certified gold partner,” said Ashok Sardiwal, CEO at Imtac. “This gold partner accreditation indicates Imtac’s dedication in providing the highest level of solutions and services.” Charbel Fakhoury, general manager at Microsoft Gulf, added: “Microsoft has a very strong relationship with Imtac, and by qualifying the company as a gold certified partner we will now be able to offer even more to Imtac in terms of support and technical expertise.” “Gold is the highest level of partner certification that Microsoft offers, and by qualifying, Imtac has proven its ability to provide customers in Oman with the most advanced Microsoft solutions. We are very pleased that Imtac has achieved this level of certification, and we look forward to growing our business with them in Oman and the rest of the Middle East,” he added. Imtac has more than two decades of experience providing turnkey IT solutions to customers in Oman and the wider Middle East. The company has a long-standing partnership with Microsoft and boasts a number of major customers including Oman Housing Bank, Alliance Housing Bank, Central Bank of Oman, OCIPED and Al-Zahara Travels and Tours. Imtac now plans to expand its competencies even further and move into other areas including security and mobility solutions.
