Creative consultancy Propeller has developed a brand identity and positioning for a new retail exhibition being staged by DMG World Media Dubai.

Creative consultancy Propeller has developed a brand identity and positioning for a new retail exhibition being staged by DMG World Media Dubai. The Dubai Media City based agency beat off competition from three other firms to win the account to create the branding and marketing collateral for DMG’s InRetail exhibition to be held at the Dubai International Conventional and Exhibition Centre from 4 to 6 June next year. “The brand identity for InRetail needed to present a powerful image that will enable the exhibition to attract industry professionals involved in the development, creation, launch and management of current and future retail projects,” said Annie Sakkab, creative director at Propeller. “We have created a distinctive logo to clearly capture and communicate the exhibitors’ key proposition and brand personality,” she added. The three dimensional design has been developed to “create a sense of energy and professionalism” according to Propeller. The company, whose clients include the Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange, Better Homes, Unicef and the Dubai Development and Investment Authority, has also been awarded the contract to rebrand DMG’s existing Office exhibition.
