Silvikrin reborn in clear bottle

The new clear bottle is designed to emphasise the brand’s use of natural ingredients and pure water.

Silvikrin has been relaunched in a clear bottle designed to emphasise the brand’s use of natural ingredients and pure water. The line now also comprises more than a dozen individual products, including six shampoos, four conditioners and three ‘2 in 1’ products. “Silvikrin products have a large consumer following in the Middle East and around the world, and this relaunch will benefit not only those who already use the product, but also new users, who are looking for hair-care products that are rich in ingredients derived from nature to help rejuvenate their hair and keep it fluffed up and free flowing,” said Zeena Tamimi, Silvikrin brand manager. “In fact, we believe our natural ingredients and pure formula are so important that we’ve put them in clear bottles so that people can see for themselves and be reminded of how we make these products.” The new Silvikrin product lineup includes cactus, henna, egg, olive, coconut and citrus shampoos; cactus, henna, egg and coconut conditioners; and kiwi/apple, mint and ‘kids’ 2 in 1 products. Silvikrin has put together a number of events to support the relaunch. In September, it ran a ‘Pump up the volume’ radio competition that gave away concert tickets and music CDs. The campaign was supported by live broadcasts from Lamcy Plaza on September 13 and 14. Silvikrin also made a big impression at last month’s Dubai Rain Concert when it gave away thousands of bottles of shampoo to attendees. The concert, at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, featured acclaimed performers such as Raghav, Jazzy B, Ali Zafar, Dr Zeus, DJ Nasha, DJ Benson and Aman Haye. “It was only natural that Silvikrin would be at the Dubai Rain concert, as the products are all about giving bounce, volume and movement to hair,” said Tamimi. “The audience spent several hours in a dance-filled, high-volume concert environment that embodied all of these Silvikrin attributes. By giving them shampoos to take home, they will remember the concert when they shower, reinforcing the strong brand benefits.”
