International Learning Solutions (ILS) is aiming at implementing technology in the learning process. During Gitex 2005, ILS launched its new program, School Academy, which utilises technology in the learning process to make it a regular part of education. “The company has an established presence in Egypt and is now targeting the Middle East and North Africa,” says Moustafa Kadous, the company’s CEO. ILS’s School Academy program takes into consideration schools, teachers, students and parents. It then identifies their problems and provides viable solutions and training to overcome hurdles and implement IT programs. “We developed this program to equip the youth of today for the challenges of tomorrow. Our long-term vision and innovative solutions ensure that the entire education sector contributes to the development of the region’s workforce,” explained Kadous. Through training lab setups, ILS’s School Academy will allow for effective information management as well as curriculum management in schools. Administration will become more centralised and access to a global online community will be much easier. ILS believes that this will give teachers much more free time and allocates more time to meet the individual needs of students. ILS also offers Cyber Agent, a comprehensive career track solution for Help Desk Agents, Analysts, IT Customer Support and Call Center Specialists. Under the slogan ‘turns your support staff point of pain into a complete commercial gain’, Cyber Agent aims at helping both companies and individuals to set a new standard of excellence. It’s a 25-day program comprised of intensive training. To the corporate world, Cyber Agent helps increase ROI, enhance productivity and validates the skills of existing and potential staff. It also assists in getting better outsourcing deals and contracts. On the other hand, it makes individuals more knowledgeable and distinguished through a set of proven and valued certifications from international vendors. At the present, the company boasts a Gold Certified partnership with Microsoft as well as exclusive partnership with HDI, one of the leading IT services providers in the MENA region.
