Robotic kit wows Gitex visitors

Hanulkid is making its very first appearance at Gitex 2005 with the regional launch of its I-ROBO series, which the firm claims is the world's first educational robot kit.

Hanulkid is making its very first appearance at Gitex 2005 with the regional launch of its I-ROBO series, which the firm claims is the world's first educational robot kit. The company, which is based out of Korea is an education-oriented firm that specialises in the design and production of scientific and education materials. Today at Gitex, the company is demonstrating its new robot kits, which target young adults and children. “While developing not only educational robot but also hi-technologies of intelligent robot for the last five years, we have been growing into one of the leading companies in the field of non-industrial robots in Asia,” says Hwan Lee, director of Hanulkid. According to the firm, their Educational Robot Kit, I-ROBO give those who dream of becoming scientists the chance to create their own robots by learning how to assemble the firm’s robot kits and program robot operation. “We are continually developing digital contents for elementary, mid and high-school students to acquire education in robotics,” concluded Lee.
