US Robotics (USR) is launching its MAXg offering today at Gitex. The product is a new wireless family that the vendor claims will revolutionise the Wi-Fi market as it protects networks with a complete set of in-built security measures. It also provides up to 50% greater range than similar products, USR claims. “At Gitex this week, our primary emphasis is on the MAXg product family,” says Sumit Kumar, regional manager, USR Middle East & North Africa. “The wireless networking abilities of MAXg are inspiring and will capitalise on the current attention on wireless technology. To ensure that MAXg is available worldwide, USR is inviting prospective new partners in order to expand its value added re-seller base for the entire Levant region and Egypt. A strong channel is very important to getting the products to our customers on time,” he adds. Cutting-edge technology solutions from USR are being displayed in a home setting where visitors can experience the benefit of USR’s offerings in a real life atmosphere. “USR’s presence at Gitex this week has been specifically designed to make our visitors feel completely at home. We are not selling a product, rather we are providing users a way to simplify their lives with the help of USR,” says Kumar. In a focused attempt to expand USR’s re-seller’s presence worldwide, the exhibition stand is giving prospective partners the opportunity to get to grips with the benefits of a technologically advanced lifestyle. US Robotics regards Gitex Dubai as the ideal platform for promoting its products in the regional markets.
