ProCurve Networking launches Middle East call centres

HP is striving to provide customers with better communications tools, enabling them to conduct business more efficiently.

ProCurve Networking by HP has launched call centres across the region. The centres, located in the UAE, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, and Yemen, are aimed at providing enhanced value-added services to customers in the Middle East. HP is striving to provide its customers with increased options and means of communications, enabling them to interact and conduct business efficiently, according to Ivan Kraemer, regional sales and marketing director for HP ProCurve Networking Business, in the Middle East, Africa, and Mediterranean. “We are pleased to present an ever-increasing range of contact options that are highly effective with optimal performance and easy online access to solutions,” he says. “By providing customers with a Call Centre in their country of location, we can best manage our rapidly growing customer interaction needs.” As part of the services provided, HP will offer next business day advanced replacement following the completion of required troubleshooting steps. In addition, customers will have access to phone support.
