Adaox to tackle 64-bit security problem

With existing anti-virus software reported to be incompatible with the upcoming Microsoft Windows x64 Edition operating system, Adaox hopes to capitalise on the gap by introducing a 64-bit version of its NOD32 software at Gitex.

With existing anti-virus software reported to be incompatible with the upcoming Microsoft Windows x64 Edition operating system, Adaox hopes to capitalise on the gap by introducing a 64-bit version of its NOD32 software at Gitex. NOD32 for 64-bit systems utilises ThreatSense technology, a sophisticated detection system based on advanced heuristics, to proactively identify previously unknown malware in real-time.
