SAP eyes Middle East SMB market

SAP Arabia, the regional representative for global business solutions giant SAP, will be out in force at Gitex, showcasing not just its comprehensive enterprise software and services offering, but also its small and medium business focused products. SAP Arabia will officially unveil its mySAP All-in-One product to the Middle East market at the show, demonstrating its commitment to boosting sales to the region’s SMB market.

SAP Arabia, the regional representative for global business solutions giant SAP, will be out in force at Gitex, showcasing not just its comprehensive enterprise software and services offering, but also its small and medium business focused products. SAP Arabia will officially unveil its mySAP All-in-One product to the Middle East market at the show, demonstrating its commitment to boosting sales to the region’s SMB market. “Gitex is an opportunity for SAP to meet with new partners and customers from across the region in one convenient location,” explains Peter Kwisthout, marketing & channel director at SAP Arabia. “It is also a great opportunity to show the latest technologies. We will be showcasing partner solutions and will discuss new technologies such as RFID and Netweaver — an integration platform that connects third party applications with SAP products,” he adds. SAP Arabia has been operating since 1994 in the Middle East and North Africa. Covering a range of business software needs, SAP solutions have been deployed with more than 150 clients in the region, with 25% of this customer base operating in the oil and gas sector. “Appearing at Gitex demonstrates our commitment to the region,” says Kwisthout. “Today, we have 100-plus people based in the Middle East and this gives both customers and partners an opportunity to have direct interaction with the team. This year’s event will be a great ‘window’ for displaying new technologies.”
