Network Security will be at the very heart of Enterasys Networks presence at this year’s Gitex as the vendor raises awareness not only for its offerings but looks to drive its business in the Middle East. On the product front, Enterasys will be showcasing its Dragon Intrusion Defence System and XSR range of virtual private networks and firewalls. It will also display its switches, which includes multi-layer switches for the desktop through to the data centre, and the Matrix family — an ASIC-based architecture that Enterasys says provides superior performance. “Enterasys Networks will appear at this year’s Gitex with its regional distribution partners, WiSPGulf. We will be showing our product lines that cover network security for both wired and wireless,” says Mathew Silvester, regional manager for the Middle East at Enterasys.
