CR2 to target banking customers

CR2, a global provider of channel banking and card payment solutions to the financial services industry, will be at this year’s Gitex to present its complete set of channel banking solutions. The BankWorld range enables banks to address the complexity of delivering financial products and services across multiple banking channels — both physical and online — in a consistent and seamless manner. It can deliver and integrate secure e-banking and m-banking channels with the traditional mix of ATM, branch and call centre. BankWorld is being targeted towards tier one through to tier three banking institutions, and is used by banks who are inclined to source packaged solutions that apply state-of-the-art technology, rather than developing in-house software. “Through BankWorld, our clients are able to offer consistently high quality technology-enabled services to their customers through all channels including ATM, POS, SMS and internet, while reducing their operating costs,” says Aisling Foley, head of marketing at CR2. CR2 will also demonstrate some of its key products at the show, including BankWorld ATM, BankWorld SMS, BankWorld Internet and BankWorld POS. “CR2’s key products are BankWorld ATM, BankWorld SMS, BankWorld Internet and BankWorld POS. Together with BankWorld Channel Manager, a consolidated view of a customers accounts is provided to both the bank staff and the customer. This enables clients to transact securely, seamlessly and conveniently,” says Foley. BankWorld ATM is a highly scalable and modular solution used by banks for the management and delivery of banking services via the ATM channel. It is a multi-lingual and multi-currency solution that empowers banks to offer a comprehensive range of services through a proven and trusted self-service channel to their customers. It utilises XFS technology and is platform independent. “BankWorld ATM is a vendor-independent software, which means that it runs on any ATM. It is also a multimedia-based software, which means that the bank’s corporate branding can be brought through to the ATM,” explains Foley.
