Kempinski opts for Horizon.FCB for Dubai ad account

Horizon.FCB has been selected to handle the advertising business for the384 suite Kempinski Hotel at the Mall of the Emirates.

Horizon.FCB has been selected to handle the advertising business for the384 suite Kempinski Hotel at the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel, Kempinski’s third in the UAE and first in Dubai, overlooks the indoor ski slope Ski Dubai on Emirates Road. Horizon.FCB will be responsible for helping launch the hotel in September this year. “It was extremely important for us that the chosen agency showed a true understanding of the brand as this will be our first holistic communication effort and it’s vital that the message be right,” said Michael Henssler, general manager, at Kempinski Hotel Dubai. “Horizon.FCB did just that and we are looking forward to a unique, memorable launch that will ignite consumers’ imagination and curiosity.” Eddy Azzam, managing director at Horizon.FCB said: “Kempinski Hotels is synonymous with warmth, hospitality and luxury and we intend to leverage this in our communication. We believe our communication objective is to draw on these universal Kempinski brand values while at the same time developing a distinct personality for this distinct hotel that marries sand and snow in a way unimagined before.”
