ATS teams up with Siemens Enterprise Network Systems

Bahrain-based IT solutions provider Aeradio Technical Services (ATS) has partnered with Siemens Communications Enterprise Networks, becoming the principal distributor for the vendor in the Kingdom and primarily targeting the commercial and industrial sector.

Bahrain-based IT solutions provider Aeradio Technical Services (ATS) has partnered with Siemens Communications Enterprise Networks, becoming the principal distributor for the vendor in the Kingdom and primarily targeting the commercial and industrial sector. ATS, a joint venture between Serco and YBA Kanoo, has been providing telecommunications services and solutions in Bahrain for 25 years. The company’s enterprise networks division offers full lifecycle services from system design, installation and commissioning, through to comprehensive maintenance and round-the-clock support. “Partnering with an industry leader such as Siemens reinforces our commitment to be the premium provider of professional telecom solutions in Bahrain and the Gulf region,” said Shrinivas Ainapure, director technology solutions business unit at Serco Middle East. “We look forward to developing long term success and value creation with Siemens to achieve their vision and support Bahrain’s commercial development.” Mario de Roos, head of Siemens communications enterprise networks at Siemens LLC said: “This partnership fits into our strategy of consolidating our position as a key player in the voice and data segment and be a pioneer in leveraging voice and data into core ERP and CRM systems.” “We believe the collaboration between ATS, a company with a history of more than a century in the Bahraini market, and Siemens, a global leader in the telecommunications and data field, is certain to succeed in a market which demands quality and high serviceability,” he added. ATS’ customer base includes a number of major commercial and government clients including Arab Bank, the Government of Bahrain and various ministries. Siemens Communications is the largest group within Siemens, employing 60,000 staff across 160 countries. The company offers a full portfolio of solutions to enterprise clients and carriers including complex network infrastructures and relates services.
