Mibtree and Emircom push Micromuse solutions in the Middle East

As Micromuse Authorised Resellers, Emircom and Mibtree design and provide training for telecoms and enterprise networking strategies based on Micromuse’s Netcool suite of products.

System integration companies Emircom and Mibtree are looking to expand the number of contract wins in the Middle East as they vie for further opportunities in Qatar and other Gulf markets. Earlier this year, Micromuse, a provider of real time business and service assurance software announced that it had partnered with Emircom and Mibtree to offer enhanced customer care and support to service providers and enterprises deploying Micromuse’s Netcool solutions throughout the Middle East. As Micromuse Authorised Resellers, Emircom and Mibtree design and provide training for telecoms and enterprise networking strategies based on Micromuse’s Netcool suite of products. Emircom is headquartered in the UAE and provides IT solutions to companies in the Middle East, including Etisalat, BP and Citibank. Mibtree, based in the UK, provides integrated solutions and training to service providers and enterprises worldwide. “We have identified this market as being a significant one to our future development and plan to support that development heavily,” James Duff, sales manager of Mibtree said.
