According to a new agreement signed between Arab Digital Distribution (ADD) and UAE Exchange Centre, Pehla subscribers can now make their payments at any UAE Exchange Centre in Dubai. This facility will soon be extended to subscribers in Kuwait and Oman as well. All Pehla, Firstnet and Al-Awael subscribers can walk into any one of the UAE Exchange outlets, flash their smart card number and pay their subscription fees on the spot. “After our tie-up with some of the leading banks in the country to offer facility to their customers to settle their credit card bills, this current tie-up with ADD is a testimony to the fact that UAE Exchange offers different services best suited to its existing and potential clientele,” says Sudhir Kumar Shetty, general manager, UAE Exchange Centre LLC. Speaking about the partnership with UAE Exchange Centre, Vinod D'Mello, executive vice-president of marketing and network development, Arab Digital Distribution adds, “We have formulated this new mode of subscription fee payments in cash through UAE Exchange outlets to provide our customers with reliable, convenient and cost effective services. It’s the first of its kind in this region which clearly demonstrates our leadership in the pay TV business”.
