GolinHarris wins watchmaker A. Lange & Söhne account

German watchmakers A. Lange & Söhne has named GolinHarris as its PR agency for the Middle East, with a brief to develop the company’s brand equity across the region.

German precision watchmakers A. Lange & Söhne has named GolinHarris as its PR agency for the Middle East. The agency has been briefed to develop the company’s brand equity across the region. “We have had a presence in the Middle East for several years, but we feel the time is right to increase the awareness of our company, our heritage, and the exclusive timepieces we produce,” said Sukaiyna Gokal, brand manager Middle East, at Lange Uhren GmbH. “We see the partnership with GolinHarris as an opportunity to educate both the media and our clients on all these aspects and look forward to a fruitful relationship,” she added. In March this year Lange announced the purchase of its sixth company building in Glashütte, requiring a capital investment of several million Euros. The expansion of the business will enable the company to increase production and “advance the development of more complicated movements”. “A. Lange & Söhne are an established company with an outstanding reputation in the market place. Already known for their superb mechanical watches, our aim is to communicate the brand’s core values of quality, exclusivity and innovation to both media and clients,” said Ziad Hasbani, managing director at GolinHarris in Dubai.
