Salam Media Cast gets a brand new look

As part of its efforts to market itself more aggressively in the Middle East broadcast and systems integration market, Salam Technical Services is undergoing a major rebranding exercise, which includes changes to its name as well as its logo.

As part of its efforts to market itself more aggressively in the Middle East broadcast and systems integration market, Salam Technical Services is undergoing a major rebranding exercise, which includes changes to its name as well as its logo. The broadcast division of Salam International, which has worked with several of the region’s major broadcasters including Al Jazeera, Emirates Media Inc, MBC, Dubai TV, Ten Sports, Sharjah TV and several others, is now called Salam Media Cast. The company’s logo is an icon derived from the main logo that is associated with the parent company, Salam International.

“We felt it was time to rebrand the broadcast division of Salam International and have a look that would reflect our success in the systems integration sector,” says Sami El Shafai, executive director for Salam’s Broadcast and Communications Division in Qatar and the UAE.
Salam Media Cast, which works with several well-known international brands such as Avid, SeaChange and Etere, has successfully deployed and integrated these systems from into several regional projects.

In five years, the company aims to be the best media integrator with variant services in the region. “We aim to see Salam Media Cast as a company offering comprehensive broadcast services with different branches covering the entire region, from Libya all the way to Oman, including Iran,” says El Shafai.
