Distributor Forefront Technologies has expanded its portfolio by signing a deal with Kodak Document Imaging. It will distribute the full range of Kodak’s scanning products in the Middle East. “Over the years, we have succeeded in establishing a strong market presence and have become an acknowledged force in the document imaging industry. Our partnership with Kodak provides our reseller network across the region with a comprehensive range of imaging products, which will help grow our market share,” commented George Karam, managing director at Forefront Technologies. Kodak is a long established vendor in the imaging field, and has over fifteen years of experience in the digital imaging market. “Our aim is to make it easier for customers to manage their documents with greater efficiency and deliver innovative, customer-focused, best-in-class products and services,” said Lois Lebegue, regional business general manager at Kodak document products and services. “In our effort to further our commitment to the Middle East region, it was equally important to partner with a trusted and established company that has a thorough understanding of the industry and the local markets, alongside a strong customer base. We are pleased to partner with Forefront Technologies,” he concluded. The partnership coincides with the Middle East launch of two new Kodak scanners, the il50 and il60 which are both aimed at the entry-level of the departmental and distributed scanning applications market. “We are proud to bring to our region yet another strong player in document imaging technology. Both Kodak and Forefront realise the challenges and responsibilities and I am more than confident that this is going to be a successful partnership, ” summed up H.H. Prince Bander Bin Abdullah Al-Saud, chairman at Forefront Technologies.
