MRO Software has worked hand-in-hand with its extensive network of systems integrators, IT consultants and technology partners to ensure its next-generation Maximo Enterprise Suite (MXES) hits all the right buttons with customers. MRO offers strategic asset and service management functionality with an IT infrastructure library-based solution for IT asset management (ITAM) and service desks. “Maximo Enterprise Suite is the result of the feedback from a group of experienced partners and customers who were involved early in our development process,” said Oliver Schulz, sales and marketing manager at eSolutions, the company that represents MRO in the Middle East. “By combining MRO Software’s background in asset and service management with our partners’ varied expertise, MXES provides deep functionality in the ITAM and service desk markets. These new capabilities will help customers in the Middle East to ensure that IT operations meet business goals and drive increased efficiency and regulatory compliance,” he added. MRO partners involved in the development of the next-generation MXES solution included InteQ, Getronics and UNICCO. “As a leader in the IT service management market, InteQ was pleased to work with MRO Software on the development of its next-generation solution,” explained Yash Shah, co-founder, president and CTO at InteQ. “The inclusion of partners in the development of MXES allows for a solution that extends beyond MRO Software’s traditional expertise and provides advanced functionality to meet new market requirements.” MRO claims that MXES offers customers a complete asset management solution as well as the ability to manage and service all these assets from a single service desk, providing improved responsiveness and performance while reducing the costs associated with managing multiple systems. Based in Dubai Internet City, eSolutions promotes Maximo and e-procurement software to customers across the Middle East through a channel of appointed agents in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Yemen.
