Document management vendor Objectif Lune and regional partner Globalis International have struck a strategic partnership to bring PlanetPress to the Middle East and Africa. PlanetPress is a variable data E-form solution, which is now available in both Farsi and Arabic. Objective Lune’s PlanetPress suite has been Arabised by Globalis and is already being implemented in some accounts. The software suite provides a solution that enables users to manage high volume data printing. Features include the ability to create high quality documents, automate high volume production, simultaneously deliver electronic formats or fax and create optimised searchable archives. The software is a solution aimed at cutting down the amount of pre-printed forms used by businesses. Globalis and Objectif Lune have been working closely together over the last two years. Chief executive officer at Globalis International, Mr Ghassan Gebrayel said: “We are very delighted with this partnership. Globalis is proud to become Objectif Lune's arm in the Middle East & Africa, to give our customers in this region a cost saving solution to replace pre-printed forms, while getting the state-of-the-art features of E-forms printing.” Objectif Lune specialises in developing software for the design and management of transactional and variable content documents to be printed in high volumes. Globalis is one of the leading providers of multi technology and multilingual printing solutions for the Middle East and Africa markets. “We are confident that the synergy between both companies will enable us to offer a complete and integrated variable data printing solution, adapted to the quickly emerging business needs of the Middle East and Africa region,” claimed Didier Gombert, CEO at Objectif Lune.
