Cisco Systems has launched a new select partner programme in the GCC, targeted at the small and medium business (SMB) sector.

Cisco Systems has launched a new select partner programme in the GCC, targeted at the small and medium business (SMB) sector. The programme takes the form of a new partner accreditation, called the Cisco Sales Essentials for Cisco Sales Associates (CSA) Resellers expanding their presence in the SMB sector can expect financial support and rewards through the programme. It also offers pre and post-sales support, a dedicated point of contact at Cisco, access to a special SMB portal and special pricing on demonstration and not-for-resale lab equipment, alongside financial rewards. “This programme is a fantastic opportunity for the Select partners to embrace the new SMB products and solutions,” said Wayne Leonard Hull, regional sales manager, commercial sector, at Cisco Systems Middle East. “SMB Select Partner presents a novel way of working with Cisco, facilitating mutual success and growth. We are certain that the training programme will prove to be extremely beneficial to our partners. Cisco’s value for money SMB solutions fully complement the needs of its customers and ensure maximum return on investment.” A training event was held on May 1st in Dubai to transfer sales knowledge to resellers and enable them to qualify for the programme. “The SMB Select program will help in building Cisco’s brand awareness and creating a favourable mind share among SMB customers,” said Ghazi Atallah, general manager at Cisco Systems Middle East.
