Saudi solution provider Al Maalim Computer Company is attending Gitex Saudi Arabia this week to showcase its various services to potential customers. The firm, which provides services such as integration, solution development and IT services, is also showcasing its identity card technology, as well as its fingerprint and access control systems. “Participating in the show is a great marketing opportunity for us as it covers the biggest sector in the Kingdom,” says Mahoudd Al-Zawawi, sales & marketing manager at Al Maalim Computer Company. “We are showcasing the latest models of ID card printers and smart printers, in addition to our access control systems, gate control offerings, personal verification systems and the different options we have available for surveillance systems and close circuit television (CCTV), including wireless CCTV.” Al-Zawawi says Al Maalim is capable of providing firms with a complete solution for producing, printing and managing ID cards through different international technologies. It can also provide users with the kit they require to create a variety of ID card options, such as PVC cards and proximity, magnetic, barcodes or smart cards. “Gitex is the place where we get the chance to explore the market, and it is one of our knowledge resources about the latest technologies in the Kingdom, and where we can find out about our competitors,” says Al-Zawawi. “The Saudi market is a big one, and it is deep with different ways of entering it. You need to be smart enough to compete and make your place in it,” he adds.
