Spinneys' new outlet on Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Road will play host to the first UAE outlet of Lenôtre Paris, a major name in French gastronomy. The posh eatery, the first in a planned UAE chain of four, will have a 40-seat cafe on its ground floor and an 80-seat restaurant on its first floor. Lenôtre has been brought to the UAE by Gourmet Catering & Hospitality Services (GC&HS), a startup managed by Ithmar Capital LLC. GC&HS aims to develop F&B businesses in the UAE based on franchises, original concepts and food distribution. “Lenôtre has a worldwide reputation for excellence — in ideas, ingredients, preparation and presentation,” said Camille Abi-Aad, general manager of GC&HS. “Its upcoming UAE launch will set new standards of quality and we expect the venture to be a wholehearted success, combining the knowledge and guidelines passed on since 1957 from the original founding father, Gaston Lenôtre, with that of our own highly experienced and competent chefs.” Lenôtre Paris, Jumeirah will serve fine French cuisine, pastries and chocolates as well as selling various grocery products.
