Braun, part of the Gillette Group, has introduced a line of kitchen appliances aimed at style conscious consumers. The minimalist, silver coloured Impression Line consists of three products: a coffee maker, toaster and water kettle. “By placing such an emphasis on design, Braun has made household products desirable as well as aspirational, where functionality and clarity of form prevail,” said Manoj Nair, regional business manager, Braun. “Needless to say, each of the three appliances within the new Impression Line embodies the state-of-the-art in its category,’ added Nair. The products include integrated switches, open handles and display lamps, and are finished in stainless steel with silk-matte surfaces. The products are on sale in larger supermarkets and hypermarkets. “Everyday living should be simple to master, with simplicity that’s not only reliable and functional, but also beautiful. This is the Braun philosophy,” said Nair. “At Braun, we strive to intelligently integrate advanced technology into highly personal lifestyles.”
