MSO takes twice its usual space

Mishaal Al-Sudairy Office for Commercial Services (MSO), one of the major distributors for IT products in the Saudi market for the past decade, will use Gitex Saudi Arabia as a platform from which to showcase and promote the latest products and solutions of its partners, including Acer, Microsoft, Symantec, AMD, Logitech, TwinMOS, Targus, Sapphire, Shuttle, and Pinnacle Systems. “MSO has always taken part in Gitex Saudi right from the very first version back in 2001. Every year our booth grows bigger, and this year we will have double the space in both Trade and Shopper”, says Agnello Fernandes, general manager of MSO. “We make sure to participate in Gitex Saudi Arabia for it is the biggest IT trade show in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on one hand, and because it is such an excellent opportunity for us to display our new technologies and latest products to the thousands of visitors on the other hand. The product line we have for this year contains some specialised products, such as Pinnacle Systems, and AMD’s 64-bit technology, which will not be promoted anywhere else around this year’s show,” he adds. Fernandes also believes that Gitex Saudi enables MSO to promote the brands it represents in the local market properly. “It also allows us to meet face-to-face with current and potential resellers from around the Kingdom, and consequently strengthen and expand our local channels,” he adds. “Gitex Saudi is significant for the development of the IT industry in the country: all the latest technologies and solutions will be available under one roof at the same time. The show is also very opportune for distributors and resellers to meet with vendors of various products, while it allows vendors to better understand the nature of the Saudi market,” Fernandes says.
