Value added distributor Adaox will be showcasing its NOD32 Antivirus software at this year’s Gitex Saudi Arabia, which is being held at the Riyadh Exhibition Centre from April 24-28. NOD32 is an award-winning Antivirus system from ESET USA. According to its developers, the solution delivers high scan speeds, low system overhead and fantastic accuracy when it comes to identifying and dealing with internet and network viruses. “We are going to be present at Gitex Saudi Arabia for the first time with NOD32 Antivirus and our aim is to recruit NOD32 partners to market this great product in the region,” says Adaox managing director Neo Neophytou. “The best place to do this is at Gitex Saudi Arabia, given the show’s popularity, its focus and its appeal to the technology market of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and beyond,” he adds. In addition to talking to show delegates about the product itself, Adaox will be looking out for channel partners seeking a strong antivirus solution to boost their product portfolios. “The Saudi Arabian market is one in which Adaox has always had strong links and given its potential and the activity of the channel partners in the Kingdom this is a prime market for this antivirus system, one in which there has been too little choice for consumers for too long,” says Neophytou. In an attempt to whip up additional interest in NOD32, Adaox is planning to give away 5000 licenses to visitors.
