Dine, drive and fly with Marriott

Consumer-driven restaurant promotions take on a whole new meaning at the JW Marriott Dubai. The hotel has entered into an alliance with Lufthansa and BMW to give diners a valuable run for their money with a 99-day promotion called ‘Dine, Drive & Fly’.

Consumer-driven restaurant promotions take on a whole new meaning at the JW Marriott Dubai. The hotel has entered into an alliance with Lufthansa and BMW to give diners a valuable run for their money with a 99-day promotion called ‘Dine, Drive & Fly’. The promotion ensures that patrons of any of the partners receive an offer from the other two partners. The JW Marriott Dubai offers Lufthansa and BMW customers free JW Dining cards that give up to 33% off their food bills for a maximum of a year. Lufthansa offers BMW and JW Marriott Dubai dining customers a 50% discount on rates to 14 selected European destinations, while BMW offers a free test drive to all Lufthansa and JW Marriott Dubai dining customers. “The JW Marriott Hotel Dubai gives its guests more chances to win this year as the promotion has bigger and even better,” says Gerrit Graef, director of operations at the JW Marriott Hotel Dubai. “We hope to establish long standing relationships with both our partners and guests through delivering promotions like Dine, Drive and Fly,” Graef continues. The promotion was officially launched on March 1. During its 99 days customers of all partners will be automatically entered into a draw that could see them winning a trip to Munich; flying with Lufthansa, staying at the Marriott in Munich and taking a exclusive tour of the BMW factory in Munich. Also to be won on the raffle are weekend test drives and family brunch and dinner vouchers. By tuning in to the Dubai Eye 103.8FM radio station daily throughout the duration of the campaign, listeners also have a chance to win more prizes, including a trip to Munich, weekend test drives with BMW, dining vouchers and JW Dining Cards. Reading the Gulf News daily entitles every reader a chance to win a weekend test drive and dinner for two at the JW Marriott Dubai. The hotel offers a wide variety of food and beverage options, including JW’s Steakhouse; Italian restaurant, Cucina and Polynesian outlet, Bamboo Lagoon. The Dine, Drive & Fly promotion is a continuation of the JW Marriott’s ‘Would You Dine to Fly’ promotion, which the hotel has held on an annual basis from March until June for three years. The hotel aims to increase the number of members to its JW’s Dining Club, as well as promoting its international range of restaurants.
