ARY to build production facility in Dubai

The ARY Group of Companies has announced that it will build a 45-storey tower that will house five digital studios and the corporate head office of the network. The tower is set for completion in the first quarter of 2007.

The ARY Group of Companies has announced that it will build a 45-storey tower that will house its studios and the corporate head office of the network. There will also be separate residential and commercial areas for offices and shops. It is one of the five towers to be situated in Dubai Media City and is set for completion in the first quarter of 2007. It will house several studios and production facilities. Apart from being used for its own programming needs, ARY plans to rent out the facility as well. “The tower will comprise five state-of-the-art digital studios for live broadcasting, digital sound recording studios, non linear editing suites, graphic design / animation facilities and one of the most technically advanced news rooms in the media world,' says Salman Iqbal, president and CEO of the ARY Digital Network.
