Aptec launches FSC promo

Aptec has whipped the covers off its latest channel promotion to stimulate reseller interest. Running throughout the month of March, Aptec is offering a series of prizes for resellers meeting preset sales targets on Fujitsu Siemens kit.

Aptec has whipped the covers off its latest whizzy channel promotion to stimulate reseller interest. Running throughout the month of March, Aptec is offering a series of prizes for resellers meeting preset sales targets on Fujitsu-Siemens (FSC) kit. Sumit Kumar, product manager for Fujitsu-Siemens at Aptec, explains: “The latest channel programme rewards resellers based on their purchases of specified FSC kit during March. This scheme is open to resellers in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Yemen.” Top prize up for grabs is a Peugeot 206 car for the reseller purchasing the most FSC kit during the month. The reseller must purchase more than US$250,000 in order to be eligible for the top prize. Only one car will be given away according to Aptec. In total, Aptec is offering 20 prizes, one each for the top twenty resellers in terms of value of orders placed. Besides the car, there are 12 Sony prizes up for grabs including TVs, home theatre systems and HandyCams, as well as Aptec Mobile vouchers. Each prize has a minimum revenue performance requirement to determine eligibility. Aptec will be looking for a strong sales performance for FSC’s notebook range during the promotional period. The distributor has high hopes for an exclusive 1.7GHz Centrino model plus a value for money Celeron-based unit.
