ITP Events has announced that it will organise BICSI’s Middle East conference for the next three years with Network Middle East the official publication for the event.

The BICSI Middle East & Africa 2005 District Conference, the only event of its kind in Middle East and Africa, will be held on June 12-13 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The conference will draw visitors from across the region and presents an opportunity to learn more about the developments in the information transport systems industry, to hear excellent presentations and to earn continuing education credits (CECs).

This is the fourth conference offered in the Middle East & Africa by BICSI, the not-for-profit association serving the information transport systems industry. With speakers, who are well-respected professionals representing diverse companies and various aspects of the industry, from Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas participating, the conference is set to give attendees a unique perspective on the future shape of the global information transport systems industry.

Conference sessions will provide generic technical information that is timely, unbiased and relevant to the Middle East & Africa marketplace. Open to BICSI members and non-members, this event encompasses the latest in voice, data, and video technology in commercial and residential buildings.

Industry professionals will present topics related to information transport systems such as fibre versus copper, wireless, Gigabit Ethernet and beyond, electronic safety and security, environmental and building controls, international standards that define activity within the industry and emerging technologies.
