Fujitsu Siemens calls on Cadensworth

Fujitsu Siemens Computers has bolstered its regional spare parts availability with the appointment of Cadensworth as its authorised parts reseller for the Middle East.

Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) has bolstered its regional spare parts availability with the appointment of Cadensworth as its authorised parts reseller (APR) for the Middle East. The hardware vendor claims that the agreement will ensure greater stock availability for its service partners in the region and faster delivery times, allowing them to react to end-user needs even faster. Cadensworth FZCO, based in Jebel Ali, is part of a wider group headquartered in Singapore with operations spanning Asia-Pacific, the Indian sub-continent and the Middle East. The group represents 15 major brands providing a range of after-sales and maintenance services. “With our business showing continued growth we are reviewing our systems and procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure that we deliver, and maintain, the highest standards of customer care,” said Toni Junghaenel, service manager Middle East at FSC. “The new partnership with Cadensworth, a major solution provider in the spare parts area, gives us certainty that we will be able to deliver superior service to our market and our partners.” “In particular, the alliance with Cadensworth will give a significant boost to our new business strategy, which is focused on large enterprises,” added Junghaenel. “Strong logistical support from Cadensworth will guarantee that spare parts are delivered in the quickest time possible, thereby keeping down-time to a minimum.
