FileNet’s results out

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) firm FileNet Corporation has announced higher revenues and earnings for the third quarter of the financial year that ended on September 30, 2004.

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) firm FileNet Corporation has announced higher revenues and earnings for the third quarter of the financial year that ended on September 30, 2004. Total revenues for the third quarter of 2004 stood at US$96.5 million, compared to total revenues of US$89.4 million for the same period in 2003 and US$94.1 million for the second quarter of 2004. Software revenues for the third quarter of 2004 were US$35.4 million, compared to US$35.3 million for the same period in 2003 and US$32.7 million for the second quarter of 2004. Net income stood at US$ 6.4 million in the third quarter of 2004, compared to net income of US$2.5 million in the third quarter of 2003 and US$2.2 million in the second quarter of 2004. Earnings per basic and diluted share were US$0.16 for the third quarter of 2004, compared to US$0.07 and US$ 0.06, respectively. “The results are indicative of an improved performance during the third quarter, compared to the corresponding period last year. FileNet has consolidated its position in the ECM market with the launch of the FileNet P8 platform, 3.0,” says Carlo Stellati, vice president, South Europe, Middle East and Africa, FileNet.
