UK-based company, NetSupport, has used Gitex to launch the latest version of its Dynamic Network Administration (DNA) solution. The enterprise management suite offers asset inventory, remote software distribution, internet metering, reporting and remote helpdesk. Other highlights of the stand are NetSupport Manager (NSM) and NetSupport School. NSM is a PC remote control software, which offers multiple remote user support, hardware and software inventory, remote file distribution and advanced security while NSS is a tool for the modern classroom. It features full student remote control, internet monitoring, customised student testing and instant student surveys. “NSS already enjoys a significant installation base throughout the Middle East supported by an extensive network of experienced distribution partners,” says Andy Naughton, international channel manager, NetSupport Group. Netsupport is exhibiting at Gitex for the fourth consecutive year. “Over the past years, we have used this show to develop close relations with our partners in the region. Consequently, our products enjoy market leading status in many areas of the Gulf. Further more, with the introduction of a fully localised Arabic product range, the returns for us from this region, have by far exceeded our expectations and continue to surpass our aggressive forecasts,” claims Naughton. “Through Gitex, we hope to increase Netsupport’s brand awareness throughout the region and also reinforce our relationship with our key distribution partners,” he adds. “We will also identify areas where we lack coverage so that we can establish appropriate commercial relations with new partners who may be able to fill distribution deficiencies that may exist,” he adds. Netsupport is offering one-to-one product demonstrations and distributing free full evaluation licenses to visitors.
