Khansaheb to do expansion work at DIP

Work on Dubai Investment Park will begin in August.

Works on the Dhs45 million third and fourth phase of Dubai Investment Park will begin this August. The expansion will also include additional ground area, which is up for lease. City Engineering Company (Khansaheb) will do the ground ifrastructure and install all the routes and electric cabling for utilities. The third phase will cover an area of 2.5 million m2, which has already been rented out. Each plot is about 1000 – 3000 m2. It will be used for plastics and iron-based units, heavy engineering factories, food, sea engineering and other sectors. The fourth phase is spread over 1.5 million m2 and includes spaces for the offices, schools, residential units and services.
