Humansoft has signed an agreement to deliver e-learning training to Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) across all its branches. Humansoft will offer 117 courses in professional business & information technology in total. “Our e-learning system will provide CBD’s staff convenience and interactive learning through visual and acoustic interaction in Arabic and English languages,” says Nadeem Younis, country general manager, Humansoft. “Most organisations, especially banks are shifting from instructor-led training to e-learning to develop employee skills. E-Learning is now preferred as an effective method of training due to its easy accessibility from any desired location, its convenience, time saving and the variety of courses it offers,” adds Younis. Humansoft now offers international Thomson NETg e-learning modules around the region, covering 4000 IT and business management subjects.
