The Ministry of Education (MoE) in Saudi Arabia has taken delivery of AGiLiENCE’s Enterprise Productivity Suite, which it will implement in conjunction with the vendor. The MoE is deploying the software as it looks to streamline the flow of data throughout its operations and support mission-critical information exchanges between the ministry staff and the 360,000 teachers it currently employs. “This solution allows us to improve the quality of information and to substantially drive productivity of our service processes,” explains Abdul Kareem Alzhrani, general manager for Teachers Affairs in the Saudi Arabian Ministry. “It provides a sound foundation for our entire digital eGovernment strategy by which we systematically move critical information flows from paper to the web,” adds Ali Alolayyan, manager of the digital department in the Ministry.
