Tech Access, Sun Microsystems’ channel development provider in the Middle East, and Business Systems House (BSH), an Oracle certified partner and provider of Human Resources (HR) solutions, have teamed up to launch a regional tour showcasing the latest software for the HR market, themed ‘flexible HR software for demanding people.’ The tour will show small-and-medium sized business (SMB) in the Middle East potential benefits and savings from automating HR processes, such as budgeting and administrative functions. The tour will include a review of companies that have profited from implementing BSH’s HR solutions. “The human resources and payroll software market is among the Middle East’s fastest-growing opportunities. Managers are under constant pressure to properly handle employees’ records, and cope with on-going changes in HR rules and regulations, while senior management is always seeking to develop skills and reward performance,” said Houssam Hatoum, managing director, BSH. “Unlike other HR solutions, the BSH product is well positioned to respond to customer needs, as it provides unmatched flexibility in addressing the local requirements of Middle East customers,” added Hatoum. One HR package which BSH is marketing for the SMB sector is its multilingual end-to-end solution, “hr.eaZy”, which runs on an Oracle database and Sun platform. Customers interested in hr.eaZy are able to “test before they invest” at Tech Access’ solutions centre in Dubai. Shomail Ghalib, managing director for Tech Access, said: “The hr.eaZy software, powered by Oracle and Sun delivers optimum business performance, and is the only regionally tailored end-to-end solution of its caliber for the Middle East market.” The road show will be held in Dubai on April 5, Abu Dhabi on April 7 and Kuwait on April 14, with visits to Bahrain, Lebanon, Oman and Qatar also planned.
