Canon Middle East is touting a wide range of printing and document management solutions today through its key Saudi partners, El Ajou and Al Quraishi. Taking pride of place is the vendor’s latest hardware, including its Laser Beam and BubbleJet series, and its Document Imaging Management System (DIMS) for business users. Other Canon products at the stand include flatbed scanners, projectors and multi-function devices. Furthermore, Canon and its Saudi partners are also planning to reveal its new range of camcorders, digital and film cameras for their amateur and professional photography customers attending the show. “Last year’s Gitex Riyadh was very successful and this year we know Canon will maintain its momentum,” says Michel Sabbagh, marketing manager of Canon Middle East. “Every year Gitex gathers some of the biggest customers in the Saudi market and it is one of the best opportunities for us to market Canon’s latest innovative technologies,” he adds.
