Middle East furniture store, The One, has unveiled a web site to help its customers keep up to date with the store’s latest news and offerings.

Middle East furniture store, The One, has unveiled a web site to help its customers keep up to date with the store’s latest news and offerings. The site features not only the latest concepts and product ranges, but also explains its corporate policies, such as exchanges, and the full range of services available from the furniture shop. “We wanted to be sure the web site was a true reflection of the image and philosophy of The One, and we now feel confident that we have achieved this,” says Mikael Lagerstrom, The One’s retail identity manager. “To date, public response has been very positive, but we welcome all ideas and suggestions from our customers,” he adds. The One’s web site covers all stores in the Middle East and while there is currently a focus on activities in the UAE, the web site is being developed to include more scope on all stores throughout the region, including the retailer’s outlets in Qatar, Kuwait and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
