TSC partners with Loyalty Customer

The Tele Services Company (TSC) has announced a partnership with Loyalty Customer Middle East, a customer relationship strategy and loyalty measurement company to target UAE’s CRM market which is expected to reach US$90 million in 2008.

The Tele Services Company (TSC) today announced that it has entered into a partnership with Loyalty Customer Middle East, a customer relationship strategy and customer loyalty measurement company to target UAE’s customer relationship management (CRM) market which is expected to reach US$90 million in the next four years. “At TSC, our primary aim is to assist business organizations in moving their call center operations from 'cost centers' to revenue generating 'profit centers,” says Ahmad Tahlak; According to Madar Research, demand for CRM applications in the UAE is expected to increase substantially over the next few years to reach US$90 million in 2008 while the global contact centre solutions mrket reaches US$44.5 billion by 2006. The partnership between the two firms is expected to enhance both company's respective offerings to clients by combining Loyalty Customer's propriety management tools which measure the 'health' of customer relationships, with TSC's local market experience to increase it’s customer base from ADNOC Distribution, Dubai Islamic Bank and Emirates Post. Loyalty Customer which began operations in 1997 currently operates four offices around the world in New York, London, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai and now Dubai. It has signed similar alliances with Pivotal, Microsoft Great Plains, Avaya and Altitude Software. “We have helped clients establish a baseline measurement of customer relationship 'health' utilising our proprietary measurement tools. Entering into this partnership with TSC will further broaden our business potential and client base in the Middle East region,” says Naveed Syed, CEO and president of Loyalty Customer Middle East. The partnership with Loyalty Customer follows on the heels of a similar agreement recently signed with Buzz Contact Center Solutions, a Dubai-based call center outsource services provider (OSP). “Our partnership with Loyalty Customer, provides our current clients with another value added offering, and potential customers looking to maximise their call center returns,” says Ahmad Tahlak, TSC's founder, director and chief consultant.
