Emircom is expanding its regional operations and restructuring its corporate offices to facilitate improved customer service. As part of the initiative, the Cisco Silver Certified Partner has established a presales office in Beirut and a full-fledged branch in Damascus. The firm has also revamped its operations in Doha and Dubai operations to better serve its business, trade and manufacturing clients. “Our newest branches are a major business initiative in view of the anticipated growth in Lebanon’s and Syria’s IT sector,” says Michel Sawaya, managing director of Emircom. “The restructuring and enhancement of our offices aims to reach out better to our vast network of clients and serve our business partners in widening their reach in the Middle East market,” he explains. To support the strategic expansion of its regional network, Emircom has appointed a number of highly qualified IT & telecom engineers. The appointments not only augment the Cisco partner’s resources, but also fuel its growing operations with the man power Emircom requires. “Retaining qualified manpower has always been our strength and we intend to further enhance our existing strong manpower base with these new appointments,” says Sawaya.
