eHosting Datafort (EHDF) has teamed up with Computer Associates Middle East (CA-ME) to provide the software vendor’s infrastructure management solutions to businesses throughout the region. Through the memorandum of understanding (MOU), EHDF will deliver CA-ME’s Unicentre, eTrust and BrightStor products to users in the Middle East, along with professional consultancy services. The addition CA-ME’s offerings to its existing offerings, which include managed hosting, co-location, security auditing and testing, and disaster recovery services, will allow EHDF to expand its product portfolio yet further and add the weight of another established and well recognised IT industry brand to its stable. As a result, Sameer Sadeh, EHDF’s chief executive officer, believes the fully owned subsidiary of Dubai Technology E-commerce & Media Free Zone (TECOM) will be able to not only boost service levels but grow its business in the Middle East. “Our overriding aim is to provide cutting edge managed hosting, security, and disaster recovery services to our valued clients, and CA-ME will enable us to expand our business offerings,” he says. “The partnership will enable EHDF to provide further value added services and expertise to its customer base,” adds Abdulaziz Al-Salloum, managing director of CA-ME.
