Middle East security distributor ComGuard has opened a NetScreen Technologies training facility at Dubai Internet City (DIC).

According to company executives, ComGuard will offer training on the full range of NetScreen products, that enable network administrators, security professionals and technical personnel to optimise the performance of NetScreen products in their IT environment.

ComGuard’s certified NetScreen training staff will be leading and running the state-of-the-art facility. Courses will be run throughout the week targeting technology professionals at customer sites as well as regional resellers and support engineers. As an authorised training partner, ComGuard invested technical and monetary resources to meet NetScreen’s stringent requirements in the areas of certified instructors, training facilities and lab equipment.

“With Waleed Hasan Zeidan, ComGuard has the first certified trainer for NetScreen products in the Middle East, which will greatly enforce the quality of training offered,” says Herbert Kamensky, ComGuard’s managing director. “Also, we will continue to build up the strength of our instructors team by bringing more of our specialists into the training facility,” he adds.
