Emirates Airline has launched a dedicated hotline to boost customer service levels during next week’s World Bank Group and IMF annual meetings. Delegates who call 204 4141 will reach a Emirates customer service centre that will be manned 24/7 during the event.

The hotline service will be staffed by 10 fully trained personnel at all times, and it will offer support in both English and Arabic. This special hotline will be in addtion to the airline’s regular fully functional 130-person call centre.

"The Emirates Group has committed a large number of resources to support the Annual Meetings, re-affirming that its long-term strategy and mission are intertwined with that of the city. As the Official Carrier of Dubai 2003, Emirates takes its responsibility and commitment very seriously. The hotline will provide delegates at the event quick and instant access to information, in another example of the exceptional service we extend to our customers," explains Ghaith Al Ghaith, executive vice president, commercial operations worldwide.

Delegates can also call the standard Automated Voice Response (AVR) on 214 4777 to receive up-to-the-minute information on Emirates arrivals and departures, as well as e-mailing on ekuae@emirates.com or faxing 204-4040. The airline’s web site, www.emirates.com, also offers a host of services.
