Level Four Software is expanding into the Middle East through an exclusive partnership with Xeno-Logic. Under the agreement, the Dubai based professional services provider will sell Level Four's ATM test and development software to the region's financial services sector. Of particular focus will be the vendor's EMV (Europay, Mastercard, Visa) FastTrack module, which enables automated smart card testing directly from a desktop and helps users meet global EMV standards.

According to Level Four, its software helps banks shorten the time it takes to deploy new EMV applications and infrastructure by automating the testing process. It tests high volumes of smart card transactions quickly and efficiently by simulating the ATM environment, which avoids the need to manually test individual ATMs, thereby improving efficiency and removing the risks associated with human error.

Xeno-Logic will provide local presence for Level Four in the Middle East region. This will include sales, implementation and first line support. The vendor itself will be responsible for providing 24 hour online web based fault tracking and resolution.

"The partnership with Xeno-Logic is a crucial step as we continue our aggressive growth plans.
Level Four has doubled in size over the last year and we see the Middle East as a key area of opportunity. The combined knowledge and experience of Level Four and Xeno-Logic will enable us to deliver solutions of clear business benefit in a region about to make significant investment in new technology to comply with EMV standards," says Martin Macmillan, CEO of Level Four Software.

"Level Four's proven technology clearly meets a demand that Middle Eastern banks are looking for - more sophisticated and thorough testing tools including support for the EMV2000 standard for their ATM environments. We are proud to be associated with Level Four Software as a strategic partner in progressing their presence in the Middle East market," adds Osman Mehta,
director and co-founder, Xeno-Logic.
