HP brings big wave to Gitex

Not surprisingly HP has put aside a large segment of its stand to promote it massive range of imaging and printing hardware.

Throughout September and October, the printer heavyweight plans to rollout 100 products in the printing imaging space, many of which will be showcased at Gitex for the first time.

In particular, the 'big wave' product initiative targets the consumer digital photography and photo-printer market. "This is a large range of products, expanding our digital photo and mobility product line," says Amr Hassin, general manager, printing & imaging group, HP Middle East.

"We have grown massively in the digital photography market in the last six months. We're focused on our products and our ease of use [design] drives these products," he adds.
