Redington Gulf is celebrating shipping over $100 million worth of HP products during this financial year. Redington is the first distributor to reach this mark, an achievement that the distributor said is the result of six years hard work.

"As relationships progress, many hurdles are crossed which are quickly forgotten; but there are a few milestones which need to be remembered because they are reached after intense battles to overcome the tough road blocks. Crossing this huge milestone of $100 million amid stiff competition was not easy, but it was achieved, and we will always look back and proudly remember it," commented Raj Shankar, director of Redington Gulf.

The distributor began handling HP products six years ago, with a distribution deal for imaging and printing products for Iran. Since then, the relationship has expanded to take in multiple product lines across the region. With over 100 staff in offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Egypt, the distributor aims to continue to grow its business with HP into new territories and to increase business in existing ones.
