Emirates Internet & Multimeda (EIM), HP and Intel have teamed up to provide Gitex visitors with wireless internet access. The Intel Mobile Experience Zone (IMEZ) is showcasing HP products built with Intel's Centrino processors. EIM is providing the infrastructure needed to make the system work, and HP consultants are on hand to help out those in need of assistance.

"As HP continues to expand and develop new products, so the consumer should be able to trial these products in their own time. That's why we are working with both Intel and EIM to produce the IMEZ as a genuine experience of being truly mobile. Gitex is an excellent Middle East forum and it reaches throughout the whole of the region - we are confident that only positive experiences will be generated at the IMEZ, which means even those unable to attend, will get to hear how fantastic our laptops and wireless technology are," says Christoph Schell, general manager, personal systems group, HP Middle East.
