Online recruitment site Bayt is giving employers the chance to register and gain access to its extensive database of more than 500,000 potential candidates at this year's show. Likewise, jobseekers will be able to access vacancies posted by more than 10,000 employers from government and private sector organisations.

Bayt is also offering one-on-one demonstrations for employers. Consultants from KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain and the UAE will be present to talk to employers about their specific hiring needs. The consultants, who are experts from each Middle East country, understand the hiring market and can offer valuable advice to visitors at the stand.

Mona Ataya, vice president of Bayt said the company has seen tremendous growth in the past 12 months, thanks to its technology and wide partner network. "Our continued growth is a statement that the Bayt solution really does work," Ataya says.
