jordan-based telecomms solutions provider, Globitel, has targeted enterprises with the launch of a new version of its tele-management software, AccuDial.

The new version is designed to allow companies to optimise spending on phone bills, reduce personal calls and telephone abuse and increase efficiency by identifying unused extension and trunks.

"The software can connect to multiple sites and allows companies to centrally manage and monitor their call traffic," says Samer Halawa, executive manager, Globitel.

According to the vendor, CMS can be used with any telephone system with SMDR (CDR) output. Statistical and graphical records of calls are also distributed according to extension, area code, trunk usage and time of day.

Globitel is also using the event to target the growing call centre solutions market in the Middle East.

The provider has added voice-over-IP support to Speechlog, its web-based digital recording system of conversations over radio and phone lines. B8-1
